Possible virus?

When going to an unprotected site (ex. dailymotion.com) on my iphone, my browser (chrome and safari) will redirect me to a bunch of ads. As long as the site has some sort of security on it nothing will happen. I've tried installing an adblocker but it did nothing.This only happened very recently. What could've happened and how can I fix it?
